Ingredients
400 grams of onion
1/2 cup mustard oil
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chicken masala
1 tsp garam masala
200 grams of curd
6-7 black pepper
3 Cardamoms
1 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Cut 1 kg of chicken into pieces
600 ml of water

Method
Take a pan and take half a cup of mustard oil in it, after adding oil, put 400 grams of onion cut into slices and fry that onion until it turns brown in color, after that take out the onion in a bowl.
To make chicken masala, take 2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala and one teaspoon of any chicken masala. After adding the paste, put the mixture of spices in it. All these spices should be fried well. After the spices are fried, add the chicken. Mix the chicken and the spices well and fry it. After that, add water and keep it on low gas for 10 minutes.
After that put the fried onion in a mixer and add 200 grams curd and grind it and add this paste to the chicken.
