Fish curry
Ingredients
- 500_700 grams rohi fish
- Turmeric powder
- Onion 2
- Red chilly 3
- Green chilly 2 to 3
- Ginger garlic past 1/2
- Oil
- Watter
- Garam masala
- Coconut gravy past
- Fenugreek seeds
Fish
Rohu fish is used here to make masala curry because it is available everywhere. You can use any fish of your choice. The fish has to be rinsed with turmeric powder
Marinate
Apply 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder and 1 tsp salt on top of the fish, mix all these ingredients well and apply to the fish and leave it for 1/2 hour
Masala
To make fish masala, take a frying pan and add 1 tbsp cumin, black pepper 5 to 7, red chili 3 and roast them all, after that take 2 medium sized onions and grind them with a mixer and the spices that were roasted Also grind green chilies 3 You can also add a little water to make fine paste of all these spices.
Friend fish
To make fish curry, first of all, the fish that we had marinated is to be fried by adding oil in a pan. The fish has to be fried only for 2 minutes because the fish gets cooked quickly
After pouring oil in the pan to make curry, first Curry leaves have to be added and the onion paste that was made from the mixie is also to be added and fried until the onion paste turns brown. After the onion turns brown, add the spices that were made in it, after that 1 tsp. Coriander powder, 1 tsp, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp salt, ginger garlic paste, all these spices have to be fried well, after that add some water, the spices do not get burnt by adding water.
After the spices are well cooked, add the fish that was fried in it and after that add 1 teaspoon of Kasuri fenugreek and 1 tablespoon of garam masala, after that you can also add coconut milk gravy of your choice, after adding all this, cover the pan. Cook the fish for 5 minutes and turn off the gas
