Pasta recipe
Ingredients
- 200 gram pasta
- 1 onions
- 2 tomato
- Green chilly
- Dhaniya
- Tomato sauce
- Cilliy souce
Method
- To make pasta, pasta has to be boiled first, so take 1 frying pan, add 3-4 glasses of water and half a teaspoon of salt, add one teaspoon of refined oil and after adding pasta, boil the pasta well. Pasta does not stick to each other by adding refined oil.
- After 5 minutes, take a piece of pasta in a utensil to see if it gets cut from the middle or not. When the piece of pasta is cut from the middle, then understand that the pasta is cooked. After the pasta is cooked, take it out in a utensil.
- After that take 1 frying pan and put 2 spoons of refined oil in it, when the oil becomes hot, then put 2 chopped onions in it and fry the onion until it turns brown.
- As soon as the onion starts to turn brown, add 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste to it, mix it well and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes, after that add chopped tomatoes and fry the onions and tomatoes well. Mix well, then add half a teaspoon of salt to it, do not add too much salt, add it little by little because salt was added while boiling the pasta,
- after that add chopped green chilies, a little red chili powder and mix all these spices well with tomatoes and onions
- . Mix it and fry it, when all these spices are completely ready, then add one spoon of cream in it, cream gives gravy taste to pasta, after mixing cream well, add boiled pasta to pasta. After mixing all these well,
- after that add 2 spoons of tomato sauce and chili sauce and add chopped coriander on top.
